TRISTAN TREMEAU Conference: 40 YEARS OF HISTORY OF CONTEMPORARY ART IN THE PRISM OF IN-SITU

The notion of an in situ work, which appeared in the 1970s to qualify works specifically designed for a specific place and a temporary duration of public exhibition, is nowadays commonly used to evoke any temporary or definitive artistic production involving Spatial and inclusive reports of spectators in public and private institutions. This conference will propose a history of contemporary art and its evolution for 40 years, with the prism of works in situ, and aesthetic, cultural, social and economic issues that carry them and cross them.
Co-production of the Departmental Council of Indre-et-Loire in the framework of ACT (e) S and CAUE Touraine as part of the Indre-et-Loire Architecture and Landscape Week. Welcome to the pOlau, arts & urbanism center
