After his involvement with photography and installation, Pierre-Jean Giloux broached the moving image by way of video. Working with composite images, he develops scenarios, and designs and makes his films using video and synthetic imagery. He is demanding when it comes to looking for methods of presentation, which lends his images an unusual strangeness.
